About Lakshmi
Lakshmi Nair’s journey in Bharatanatyam began at a young age. Under the watchful guidance of her guru, Bala Devi, she developed not only technical precision but also a deep emotional connection to the art form.
In August 2024 she performed her Arangetram, a milestone that celebrated her years of dedication, discipline, and love for classical dance. Her performance was a harmonious blend of nritta (pure dance), nritya (expressive storytelling), and natya (dramatic elements), leaving the audience inspired and moved.
Lakshmi continues to perform at cultural events, temples, and community gatherings, carrying forward India’s classical heritage with grace and devotion.
